Amalynk is a community-based mobile app that connects families in need with verified helpers and resources. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Amalynk family support app, operated by Cre8tive Change.
1. Electronic Communications & Signature Consent
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to receive disclosures, notices, and communications electronically. Your electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
2. Definitions
“Account” means the user profile created to access the Service.
“Service” means the Amalynk application, website, communication tools, and related features.
“Content” means any information posted, shared, transmitted, or created by a User.
“User,” “you,” and “your” mean any person or entity accessing the Service.

Cre8tive Change does not provide legal, medical, therapeutic, financial, or professional services. Any support or assistance provided by Users is not a substitute for professional advice.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service only for legitimate assistance needs
- Respect other users and community guidelines
- Report inappropriate behavior or safety concerns
5. Account Requirements and Security
- Must be 18 years or older
- One account per person
- Valid contact information required
You must keep your login credentials confidential. Any action taken using your credentials will be considered authorized by you unless you notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
6. Organizational Accounts
Organizations are responsible for the actions of their employees or agents who access the Service. If staff roles change, the organization must remove access immediately. All actions taken by authorized or delegated users are deemed actions of the organization.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- Soliciting money directly from users
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Attempting to circumvent safety measures

- Trust your instincts — decline if uncomfortable
Users participate in meetings and receive assistance at their own risk. Cre8tive Change provides guidelines but cannot guarantee user safety in offline interactions.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute it for service operations. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share any content.
The app, its features, design, and functionality are owned by Cre8tive Change and protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Device & Network Security
You are responsible for using secure devices, updated software, and safe internet connections. We are not responsible for harm caused by insecure networks, malware, or outdated devices.
11. Service Availability
The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, outages, system failures, or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Cre8tive Change acts as a platform connecting users but is not responsible for the actions, services, or safety of individual users. We do not screen, supervise, or control User interactions, and we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any User, whether online or offline. We make no warranties about the availability, reliability, or suitability of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not control user interactions and are not responsible for disputes, damages, or harm resulting from user connections.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Third-Party Vendors
The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, messaging, authentication, analytics, and safety tools. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cre8tive Change, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- misuse of the Service
- in-person interactions with others
- sharing false information
- unauthorized access using your credentials
- violation of law
- harm to others resulting from your actions
15. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, safety concerns, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your access will cease, but these terms will continue to apply to prior use of the service.
16. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any disputes informally. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Oklahoma. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma/United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Severability, No Waiver, Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
